Daily Readings 08 – 13 July 2013

M Ezekiel 10.1-19: The temple is destroyed by God’s refining fire; pray for the purified end to something you know is unhealthy for you.

T Ezekiel 11.14-end: Use verses 18 – 21 to take action and de clutter your life of the creeping influence of today’s idol replacements.

W Ezekiel 12.1-16: How hard is it for you to live among other ‘rebellious people’? What helps and sustains you with worldly challenges?

T Ezekiel 12.17-end: ‘Whatever I say will be fulfilled, declares the Sovereign Lord.’ Use this to remind you of God’s wonderful promises.

F Ezekiel 13.1-16: many purporting to declare the true word of the Lord, pray that Jesus will reveal himself to those who don’t know him

S Ezekiel 14.1-11: God made us to live for him: ‘They will be my people, and I will be their God’. Re-awaken your sense of thanksgiving.
